SHIPPING
We ship orders once a week, every Tuesday. To have your order shipped on the following Tuesday, we need to receive your order by Sunday midnight (CET). If there is a delay on how long it will take us to ship your order, we will notify you via email. We will send a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
The order will be sent from the SONIC PIECES / MIASMAH HQ to the delivery address indicated by the purchaser, unless we have a separate agreement. The purchaser will be charged for any additional costs that accrue, if the purchaser or other assigned person is not present at the indicated delivery address when the goods are delivered.
Delivery dates are without commitment. Withdrawal from the contract because of delivery delays is not admissible.
If a delivery delay comes to our attention or a product is returned to us, we will notify you via email.
SHIPPING RATES
All orders are sent registered with tracking number, either with Deutsche Post, DHL, DPD or Hermes. The shipping rates depend on the total weight of your purchase and the delivery address. The precise shipping rate will be shown to you during check out once you added your shipping address.
All prices are quoted in EUR (Euro).
All prices for orders (including the shipping fee) with a delivery address inside the EU include German VAT (19%). Orders with a delivery address outside the EU are exempt from VAT. You are responsible for the custom and tax regulations for import of goods from the EU to your country.
RETURNS / FAULTY GOODS
If any item of physical product included with your order from our webstore is faulty, SONIC PIECES / MIASMAH will replace the item, or, if the item is no longer available, refund the purchase price provided you notify us in writing of the nature of the fault and you return the item to SONIC PIECES / MIASMAH in suitable packaging, including details of your name and order number.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
We use the PayPal system for all sales, which is in line with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. When using PayPal we are informed of a confirmed address, where we will send your parcel. If you need an order sent to a different address we will ask for written confirmation of this prior to shipping.
CONTRACT CONCLUSION
All offers are subject to change and product availability. There is no requirement that purchase orders be accepted.

When you place an order on this site you agree to these terms and conditions.
APPLICABLE LAW
German law under exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts For The International Sale Of Goods is applicable, irrespective of the purchasers seat or domicile.
right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Sonic Pieces, Monique Recknagel, Gustav-Müller-Platz 1, 10829 BERLIN, Germany, mail@sonicpieces.com, +49 (0)30 47080622, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, Sonic Pieces, Monique Recknagel, Gustav-Müller-Platz 1, 10829 Berlin, Germany, mail@sonicpieces.com, +49 (0)30 47080622 without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
End of the Right of Withdrawal
Please note:
Right of Withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of audio recordings in a sealed package in which the seal is broken. Delivered items cannot be returned in a condition different from that in which they were dispatched to you.
